Are your Microsoft licences genuine?
Yes, every key sold by Vaulted is a genuine Microsoft licence sourced through authorised channels. Each key is verified before it leaves us, and if you ever have an issue activating, we'll replace it free of charge. We're listed on Microsoft's official Marketplace partner directory.
How quickly will I receive my key after ordering?
Digital keys typically arrive within an hour of placing your order. The product key and download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Keep an eye on your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
Is the licence a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time purchase. Most of the licences we sell are lifetime licences, not subscriptions. Pay once, use forever, on the device you activate it on. If a software product is a subscription it will display it on the product listing.
What happens if my key doesn't work?
We replace it. If a key fails to activate, or is later invalidated for any reason, get in touch with our support team and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Include your order number and the error message you're seeing for the fastest turnaround.
Can I install the software myself, or do you offer help?
Most customers install the software themselves using the step-by-step guide we send with every order. If you'd rather not, our optional remote installation service has one of our technicians handle the whole process for you, from download through to activation.
