This Refund Policy describes how vaultedsoftware.com (the “Site” or “we”) handles cancellations and refunds for digital products purchased from the Site.

Overview

Thank you for shopping at Vaulted Software. Please read this policy carefully. All products available on this site are digital products (such as software licenses or activation keys). No physical items will be shipped. Products are delivered electronically via email or secure download links.

Digital Products

Our digital product offerings include digital key delivery via email. This is the cancellation and refund policy for digital products of Vaulted Software.

  • We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order has been confirmed and the item has been delivered, even if the key hasn’t been used.
  • Due to the nature of digital delivery, products are emailed directly to you upon order. Cancellation requests should be made within 2 hours after the order has been placed. We will try our best to cancel the order if this criteria is met; however, we are not obliged to cancel an order even if you contact us within the 2-hour window.
  • An order cannot be cancelled if the digital product has already been sent.

Exceptional Circumstances

Vaulted Software honours refund requests for non-tangible (digital) products under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the electronic product: This includes download issues due to Vaulted Software server problems, issues originating from the client’s e-mail service provider, or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim is submitted within this window.
  • Major or Critical Defects: Vaulted Software tests every digital product before release; however, unforeseen defects can surface. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product key does not work, it will be replaced with a functional key.

Processing

For valid non-delivery requests, Vaulted Software issues refunds within 30 days from the date of the request approval. Our customer service team is ready to help you with your return request to ensure fast processing.
